电子五所环境试验设备控制器发展历程综述

摘要 描述了1983—2012年电子五所及其下属公司气候环境试验设备专用控制器的研发历程,并概要地介绍了一些关键技术。特别是在比较艰苦和困难的条件下,开发出量产的微机控制器,填补了国内技术上的空白。通过不断的技术创新,搭建了较先进的控制器系统架构。其画面编辑器、软PLC、无纸记录仪、工况记录、参数上下载、远程故障诊断和远程维护等功能使控制器始终在行业中保持领先水平。 The development process of special controllers for climate and environmental test equipment of CEPREI and its subsidiaries from 1983 to 2012,and some key technologies are briefly introduced.Especially under relatively difficult conditions,the mass-produced microcomputer controllers is developed,which fills the gap in domestic technology.Through continuous technological innovation,a more advanced controller system architecture is built.Its screen editor,soft PLC,paperless recorder,working condition record,parameter upload and download,remote fault diagnosis,remote maintenance and other functions make the controller always maintain the leading level in the industry.
