摘要
某电厂堆外核测系统功率量程IP通道在满功率运行期间多次闪发正负变化率报警,通过对报警原理以及功率量程通道的工作原理分析和现场故障排查:外接示波器、更换机柜侧和贯穿件侧的电缆、坪特性试验等方法,逐层分析,最终明确功率量程探测器第五节电流异常波动为报警闪发的直接原因。
The power range IP channel of an off-stack nuclear measurement system flashed many times during the full power operation of the high positive and negative rate variation alarm.In this paper,through the analysis of the alarm principle with high positive and negative rate of change,the analysis of the working principle of the power range,and the analysis of the equipment situation when the alarm occurs,the troubleshooting and positioning of the fault points are carried out one by one from large to small,from easy to difficult,and finally clear the nuclear island.
