摘要
温度传感器的响应时间是其关键技术指标之一,LCSR方法考虑了安装和工艺条件对温度传感器响应时间的所有影响,根据温度瞬态,计算其在役期间实际运行条件下的响应时间。LCSR涉及到多个影响因素,采用控制变量法进行试验,针对同一温度传感器,测量同一影响因素不同数值下的响应时间。试验结果给出了在满足相关标准要求的精度下,LCSR影响因素的最佳取值范围。
The response time of temperature sensors is one of its key technical indicators.The LCSR method considers all the effects of installation and process conditions on the response time of temperature sensors.Based on temperature transients,the response time under actual operating conditions during service is calculated.LCSR involves multiple influencing factors,and the control variable method is used for testing.For the same temperature sensor,the response time of the same influencing factor at different values is measured.The experimental results provide the optimal range of values for LCSR influencing factors while meeting the accuracy requirements of relevant standards.
