脉冲萃取柱优化控制技术研究

摘要 乏燃料后处理技术是衡量一个国家核能技术先进性的关键因素之一,而萃取柱是乏燃料处理溶剂萃取的关键设备。萃取柱性能的优劣直接关系到乏燃料处理的效率高低。目前,萃取柱性能的调节主要采用PID控制负反馈调节方式,控制效果滞后现象严重,超调波动性较大。提出一种前馈补偿+模糊控制+反馈控制系统的方案,可以有效解决乏燃料后处理过程中,由于采用脉冲萃取柱单回路PID控制的方法而致使界面滞后的问题。 Spent fuel reprocessing technology is one of the key factors to measure the progressivness of nuclear energy technology in a country,and the extraction column is the key equipment for solven extraction of sprnt fuel treatment.The performance of the extraction column is directly related to the efficiency of spent fuel treatment.At present,the performance adjustment of the extraction column mainly adopts the negative feedback system adjustment method in PID control,resulting inserious lag in control effect and significant overshoot fluctuations.This article proposes a scheme of feedforward compensation+fuzzy control+feedback control system.This solution can effectively solve the problem of interface lag caused by the use of pulse extraction column single loop PID control during the spent fuel reprocessing process.
