摘要
核电机组数字化仪控系统(DCS)质量位变化会影响机组运行状态,甚至可能导致停机停堆,对核电站的安全性、稳定性和经济性有着重要影响,有必要对DCS设备的质量位逻辑进行故障风险分析。依托某核电站最小化DCS平台,开展了西门子T2000系统重要信号质量位分析研究。通过强制接口模块输入信号的数值和插入卡件失效事件,改变信号质量位,研究接口模块在发生质量位事件时对后续输出的影响,并提出了质量位使用准则。
The quality bit change in Digital Control System(DCS)of nuclear power plant will affect the operating status of the unit and may even lead to shutdown,which has an important impact on the safety,stability and economy of the nuclear power plant.It is necessary to analyze the fault risk of the quality bit logic of DCS equipment.Based on the minimal DCS platform of a nuclear power plant,the important signal quality bit analysis of Siemens T2000 system is carried out.By forcing the input signal value of the interface module and inserting card failure to change the signal quality bit,the influence of the interface module quality bit event on the subsequent output is studied,and the use criterion of quality bit is proposed.
