智能电动阀失电后阀位反馈异常研究及应对策略

摘要 智能电动阀失电后反馈异常(失去全开、全关反馈)影响阀门状态显示及联锁逻辑功能正常实现是诸多电站调试过程中遇到的共性问题。本文对智能电动阀阀位信号形成原理及阀门失电后的故障表现形式进行了深入分析,针对不同类型的阀门反馈信号制定了相应的优化措施。实施后确保了智能电动阀在失电故障出现后能够正常显示其失电前的实际状态,保证了设备逻辑控制功能正常执行。该问题的处理方法对存在类似问题的同行电厂在面对该问题时具有参考及借鉴意义。 The abnormal feedback of dynamoelectric valves of intelligence after their losing electricity is the common problem in lots of power stations during their commission period.In this paper,the formation of the valve position signals and the modalities of failures are analyzed.Different measures of optimization are conducted on the valves based on their types of the feedback signals.After the implementation of these valves,the feedback of the intelligent electric valves can maintain the state before their losing electricity.Besides,the logic of the involved systems can maintain normal operation.The method to deal with this problem is of great reference significance to the peer power plants with similar problems.
