华龙一号汽辅泵故障诊断系统设计与实现

摘要 华龙一号汽辅泵故障诊断系统是一个综合运用先进技术的系统,旨在提升核电厂设备的运维效能。该系统通过运行监控、性能评估、状态预警和故障诊断四大功能,实现对汽辅泵设备的全面监测和分析。运用深度学习算法和多变量状态估计方法,该系统能够实时监测设备的关键参数,评估设备的健康状况,并在设备状态偏离正常时发出预警,提醒运维人员采取预防性维修措施。同时,故障诊断模块能够通过深度残差收缩网络法,自动识别设备故障原因,为运维人员提供准确的参考信息。该系统的应用不仅能够减少因设备失效而导致的电厂运行事件和经济损失,还能提高运维人员的工作效率,进一步提升电厂的运行利润。华龙一号汽辅泵故障诊断系统具有普适性和推广潜力,为其他关键设备的运维工作提供了有力支持,对于提高核电厂设备运维水平具有重要意义。 The Fault Diagnosis System for HPR1000 auxiliary feedwater pumps is an integrated system that utilizes advanced technologies to enhance the efficiency of equipment maintenance in nuclear power plants.The system incorporates four main functions:operation monitoring,performance assessment,status warning,and fault diagnosis.By employing deep learning algorithms and multivariate state estimation methods,this system enables comprehensive monitoring and analysis of the steam-driven auxiliary feedwater pumps.It continuously monitors critical parameters,evaluates the health condition of the equipment,and provides timely warnings when deviations from normal operating conditions occur,prompting maintenance personnel to take preventive measures.Moreover,the fault diagnosis module employs a deep residual shrinking network approach to automatically identify the causes of equipment failures,offering accurate reference information to maintenance personnel.The application of this system not only reduces operational incidents and economic losses resulting from equipment failures but also enhances the efficiency of maintenance personnel,thereby improving the overall profitability of nuclear power plants.The Fault Diagnosis System for HPR1000 auxiliary feedwater pumps demonstrates universality and potential for wider adoption,providing robust support for maintenance activities related to other critical equipment and playing a vital role in elevating the level of equipment maintenance in nuclear power plants.
