摘要
核取样系统是核电厂重要的系统之一,通过对系统工艺中液体和气体的化学离子、放射性分析,以掌握设备运行状态和实现放射性可控。而目前该系统在机组正常运行时取样管线常出现异常断流情况,使化学分析仪表无法正常工作。经对故障分析,引发故障的原因有多种。针对目前的故障已采取了相应的处理措施,并进一步采取优化手段来改善设备、系统运行工况,实现降低故障率目标。
The nuclear sampling system is one of the most important systems in nuclear power plants. By analyzing the chemical ions and radioactivity of the liquid and gas in the system process, we can master the operating state of the equipments and achieve radioactive control. At present, the sampling pipeline flow is often interrupted during the normal operation, which makes the chemical analysis instruments unable to work properly. After the fault analysis, there are many reasons for the failure. Measures have been taken to deal with the current faults, and the optimization measures are further taken to improve the equipment and system operating conditions, achieving the target of reducing the failure rate.
