棒控系统可控硅异常分析和处理

摘要 棒控系统通过可控硅整流驱动CRDM(Control Rod Drive Mechanism),实现对反应堆反应性的快速控制。一旦棒控系统的可控硅元件异常,将导致控制棒无法正常动作,对电厂的正常运行产生极大影响。对某电厂出现的控制棒动作异常问题原因进行了分析,确认故障原因为可控硅故障。通过对可控硅常见故障情况进行分析,结合电厂实际情况,提出了相应的解决措施和方案,为类似问题的处理提供了一定的参考意义。 The rod control system realizes the rapid control of the reactor reactivity through the thyristor rectifier drive CRDM(Control Rod Drive Mechanism). Once the thyristor of the rod control system is abnormal, it will cause the control rod fail to operate normally, which will affect the normal operation of the power plant. By analyzes the abnormal current profiles of the control rod movement in a power plant, it is confirmed that the cause is the defection of thyristor. Through the analysis of common fault conditions of thyristor, combined with the actual situation in power plant, the corresponding solutions and suggestions are provided, which gives a recommendation for improvement in similar situation.
