华龙一号机组堆机功率协调问题分析

摘要 “华龙一号”机组汽轮机控制系统(DEH)的控制策略,与M310机组的汽机控制策略相比,其控制模式、控制方式上存在较大差异。为实现反应堆和汽轮机功率的平衡,反应堆控制棒功率开环控制子系统必须快速匹配汽轮机控制系统(DEH)的功率需求。经过研究发现,“华龙一号”机组设计的反应堆功率开环控制子系统仍沿用M310机组的逻辑设计,且堆功率开环控制子系统与汽机功率调节系统之间的信号接口取点错误,这将导致堆机协调失效。研究了M310机组成熟的逻辑设计和接口信号设计,分析了华龙一号堆机功率协调存在的问题,并给出了修改方案,完成设计文件的修改,为机组大瞬态试验和安全稳定运行打下基础。 Compared with the control strategy of turbine control system(DEH) of M310 unit, the control mode and control method of Hualong One unit are quite different. In order to achieve the power balance between reactor and turbine, the reactor control rod power open-loop control subsystem must quickly match the power demand of the turbine control system(DEH). Through research, it is found that the reactor power open-loop control subsystem designed by Hualong One unit still uses the logic design of M310 unit, and the signal interface between the reactor power open-loop control subsystem and the turbine power regulation system is taken incorrectly, leading to coordination failure between reactor and turbine. This paper studies the mature logic design and interface signal design of M310 unit, analyzes the problems existing in the power coordination of Hualong One unit, and gives a modification scheme to complete the modification of design documents, laying a foundation for large transient test and safe and stable operation of the unit.
