摘要
数字化控制系统(Digital Control System, DCS)在电厂运行的经济性、安全性和稳定性上优于传统的模拟控制系统,因此DCS系统在核电厂中得到越来越广泛的应用。DCS系统工作站承担着电厂工艺系统状态查看、控制指令下发和组态信息修改的重要作用,作为操纵员和运维工程师了解现场、控制现场和修改现场配置的人机交互接接口,其工作稳定性和其数据信息准确性对电厂安全运行尤为重要。近年来,国家核安全局发文通报了几起双机组DCS系统的链接和配置引发的运行事件,同时对DCS系统软硬件调试和风险分析预案提出了更高的要求。随着时代的发展和现场工作的需要,众多核电厂工作站面临设备换型、软件预装和数据迁移的问题。根据方家山DCS系统工作站升级换型工作,搭建DCS系统最小化平台,深入分析工作站设备换型、软件预装、数据迁移前后性能状态,并提出一种FCP270处理模块组态逻辑与I/A SERIES工作站工作组态逻辑比对策略,有效开展I/A SERIES软件逻辑组态功能的验证,极大提高工作站数据迁移可靠性,可为同类型机组的运维及后续核电机组仪控DCS系统的工作站升级提供一定的借鉴。
Digital Control System(DCS) is superior to traditional analog control system in terms of economy, safety and stability of power plant operation, so DCS system is more and more widely used in nuclear power plants. The DCS system workstation plays an important role in viewing the status of the power plant process system, issuing control instructions and modifying configuration information. As the man-machine interface for operators and operation and maintenance engineers to understand the site, control the site and modify the site configuration,its work is stable. The reliability and accuracy of its data and information are particularly important for the safe operation of power plants. In recent years, the National Nuclear Safety Administration has issued documents to notify several operating events caused by the connection and configuration of the two-unit DCS system, and put forward higher requirements for the DCS system software and hardware debugging and risk analysis plans.With the development of the times and the needs of on-site work, many nuclear power plant workstations face the problems of equipment replacement, software preinstallation and data migration. According to Fangjiashan DCS system workstation upgrade and replacement work, this paper builds a DCS system minimization platform,deeply analyzes workstation equipment replacement, software pre-installation, and performance status before and after data migration, and proposes a FCP270 processing module configuration logic and I/A SERIES workstation work configuration logic comparison strategy, effectively carry out the verification of the I/A SERIES software logic configuration function, greatly improve the reliability of workstation data migration, and can provide a certain reference for the operation and maintenance of the same type of nuclear power units and the subsequent workstation upgrade of the instrument control DCS system.
