摘要 核电厂采用数字化控制系统以来,发现了多起因信号质量位误触发而导致的停堆事件,结合核电厂近几年发生的数起有典型意义的案例,进行分类归纳和总结,梳理出技术和管理共性薄弱环节,提出改进的措施和建议,实施必要的改造,希望能从根本上解决问题,防止事件的重复发生,有效降低非计划停机停堆等瞬态事件发生的次数。 Since the nuclear power plant adopts digital control system, many shutdown events caused by signal quality triggered by mistake are found, combined with the nuclear power plant in recent years by a number of typical cases, classified induction and summary, tease out common weak link technology and management, put forward the improvement measures and Suggestions, to implement the necessary transformation, to fundamentally solve the problem, Prevent the repeated occurrence of events, effectively reduce the number of transient events such as unplanned shutdown.
