摘要
数字化仪控系统(DCS)已经广泛应用于国内二代加、三代核电项目中,形成了规模化建设数字化核电厂的趋势。数字化核电厂能够通过DCS信号强置,有效控制开展各类工作引入的风险。近年来,DCS信号强置过程中出现人因失误,进而造成运行事件的案例时有发生,已经成为业内共同面对的问题。本文介绍了两起典型的DCS信号强置人因事件案例,分析了DCS信号强置存在的人因失误风险,并结合方家山核电厂的实践经验,给出了具体的应对措施,可以为兄弟电厂提供一定的借鉴作用。经过不断改善提升,DCS信号强置今后将进一步发挥DCS的技术优势,为数字化核电厂创造更加出色的运行业绩保驾护航。
Distributed Control System(DCS) has been widely used in domestic second-generation plus and thirdgeneration nuclear power projects, forming a trend of large-scale construction of digital nuclear power plants.Digital nuclear power plants can force the DCS signal to effectively control the risks introduced by various types of work. In recent years, human errors have occurred in the process of DCS signal force, resulting in frequent cases of operating events, which have become a common problem faced by the industry. This paper introduces two typical cases of DCS signal force human error events, analyzes the risk of human error in DCS signal force, and gives specific countermeasures based on the practical experience of FJS Nuclear Power Plant, which can help brothers Power plants provide a certain reference. After continuous improvement, DCS signal force will further exert the technical advantages of DCS in the future, and escort the digital nuclear power plants to create better operational performance.
