摘要
针对核电厂安全级仪控系统的升级改造面临的一系列挑战,分析研究了系统工程的管理方法在项目中应用的可行性和方式。介绍了系统工程定义的14个生命周期技术流程,阐述了优化裁剪的流程,论述了需求管理的必要性,提出了利益相关方识别与分级、利益相关方需要的发掘、需求转换的方法,研究了体系化需求管理的要素,分析了基于模型的系统工程应用和系统工程应用的制约因素。
The control system of waste gas,liquid and material(KSN)in Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant Units 5 and 6 is used by Nicsys2000 platform as the control system.However,the monitoring software of forced signal is not provided in the Nicsys2000 platform software,and the instrument control personnel can only record the forced and released signals through text recording during commissioning and maintenance.In this way,there is a great risk of human error in theprocess of signal forced and it is very easy to miss unreleased forced signals,which brings great risks to the normal and stable operation of the waste gas,liquid and material system and the plant.This paper introduces a method and process of displaying the forced state,forced value and log record of configuration signal in real time in the HMIplatform combined with the characteristics of Nicsys2000,which can be used as a reference for nuclear power plants using the same control system all over the world.
