摘要 针对中子通量监测设备中间量程信号出现的频繁波动现象,通过对故障现象、信号处理原理、设备功能、环境等因素的分析,结合现场维护经验,对可能的故障点进行了原因分析;并通过现场实践,对故障点进行逐一排查,最终成功确定并排除故障点,恢复系统稳定运行,有效保障机组安全稳定运行。所进行的故障分析及实践对同类型核电机组处理类似缺陷有着良好借鉴意义。 This paper aims at the phenomenon of frequent fluctuation of the starting range signal of neutron flux monitoring equipment.Through the analysis of the fault phenomenon,signal processing principle,equipment function,environment and other factors,combined with the field maintenance experience,the possible fault points were analyzed.Through field practice,the failure points were investigated one by one,and the failure points were finally determined and removed successfully to restore the stable operation of the system and effectively ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.The fault analysis and practice in this paper have a good reference significance for the same type of nuclear power units to deal with similar defects.
