摘要
田湾核电站消防仪控系统是由俄罗斯设计和供货,采用了分布式控制系统的结构,主要设备为控制机柜RCD箱。RCD箱可以实现火灾报警信号采集、温度、压力等工艺采集和阀门、风机控制等功能。其与国内现有的消防产品区别较大,无法直接实现国产化。简要介绍了田湾核电站消防仪控系统的总体架构,并论述了消防通风和排水控制的RCD箱国产化的研究和可行性验证工作。
Fire control instrument control system was designed and supplied by Russian in Tianwan nuclear power station,and adopts the structure of the distributed control system,main equipment is control cabinets RCD.RCD can receive fire alarm signal,pressure signal,temperature signal,can control valve and fan equipment.The fire alarm and control product is very different from domestic fire alarm and control product,and can not directly implement localization.This paper briefly introduces the general structure of fire control instrument and control system in Tianwan nuclear power plant,and discusses the research and feasibility verification of the localization of RCD for fire control ventilation and drainage control.
