福清核电2号机组主泵高压泄漏流量异常波动的分析与处理

摘要 反应堆冷却剂泵(简称主泵)是核电站的重要设备之一,被喻为反应堆冷却剂系统的心脏。机组运行期间如果主泵机械密封故障,会直接导致主泵的泄漏流量异常波动,波动情况严重时会导致机组发生核安全事故。首先对福清核电2号机组主泵机械密封进行介绍,然后根据福清核电2号机组主泵高压泄漏流量异常波动事件的处理过程,对主泵高压泄漏流量异常波动进行原因分析。参照同行电厂的相关经验反馈,并结合福清核电2号机组现场实际情况,最终总结出高压泄漏流量异常波动的处理方法和变更改造。目前福清核电2号机组高压泄漏流量变送器运行稳定,相关的变更项目也在按照计划实施。 The reactor coolant pump(RCP)is one of the most important equipments in nuclear power plant.It is regarded as the heart of the reactor coolant system.During the operation of the unit,if the mechanical seal of RCP fails,the leakage flow of RCP will fluctuate abnormally,and the serious fluctuation will lead to the nuclear safety accident of the unit.This paper first introduces RCPS mechanical seal of unit 2 of Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant.Then,according to the process of dealing with the abnormal fluctuation of the high-pressure leakage flow rate of the main pump of unit 2 of Fuqing Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant,the causes of the abnormal fluctuation of the high-pressure leakage flow rate of the main pump of unit 2 of Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant are analyzed.Referring to the relevant experience feedback from other power plants,and combining with the actual situation of Unit 2 of Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant,the treatment method and modification of abnormal fluctuation of high-voltage leakage flow are finally summarized.At present,the high-voltage leakage flow transmitter of unit 2 of Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant is operating stably,and the related alteration project is also being implemented according to the plan.
