摘要 随着电力事业的蓬勃发展和电厂信息化技术的提升,改革传统落后的巡检方式势在必行。设计了一种电力仪表自动巡检机器人。首先,设计了具有两个自由度的导轨式机器人硬件,具备可靠性强、易于实施、便于适配各种仪表柜的特性点。其次,设计了巡检机器人的导航算法,并基于机器视觉技术增强电力仪表自动巡检机器人的自动识别能力,通过摄像头采集机柜的指示灯、数字仪表盘、指针仪表盘、开关等元件等视频图像,经过智能分析后进行监测和异常告警。智能巡检机器人能够替代大量人工工作,具有很高的实用价值和广阔的应用前景。 With the vigorous development of the electric power industry and the improvement of power plant information technolog,it is imperative to reform the traditional and backward inspection methods.This paper designs an automatic inspection robot to read electric power meters.First,the guide rail robot hardware with two degrees of freedom is designed,which has the characteristics of strong reliability,easy implementation,and easy adaptation to various instrument cabinets.Secondly,the machine vision algorithm and edge computing technologies are employed to enhance the automatic identification ability of the automatic inspection robot for power meters.The video images of the indicator lights,instrument panels,LCD panels,switches and other components of the cabinet are collected through the camera,and the monitoring and monitoring are performed after intelligent analysis.The intelligent inspection robots designed in this paper can replace a large amount of manual work and have high practical value and broad application prospects.
