摘要
M310核电机组多次发生主给水泵投自动后转速大幅度波动,导致二回路汽水差压无法稳定现象,严重威胁机组安全稳定运行。通过对主给水泵转速控制系统的深入分析,建立测绘主给水泵最终响应特性曲线的方法,找到定性、定量调节主给水泵响应特性的有效手段,最终达到使主给水泵控制性能稳定的目标。
M310 nuclear power unit has experienced large fluctuation of speed after the main feedwater pump is put into automatic operation for many times,resulting in instability of steam water differential pressure in the secondary circuit,which seriously threatens the safe and stable operation of the unit.Through the in-depth analysis of the speed control system of the main feed pump,this paper establishes the method of mapping the final response characteristic curve of the main feed pump,finds an effective means to qualitatively and quantitatively adjust the response characteristics of the main feed pump,and finally achieves the goal of stabilizing the control performance of the main feed pump.
