摘要
方家山核电两台机组共六台主泵,在调试结束开始运行后电机轴位移发生过多次故障报警。开始以更换轴位移探头方式进行消缺,后续运行期间报警反复出现,通过评估探头质量结合主泵电机运行期间振动测量情况,分析报警波形,提出了合适的解决办法。自104和204大修处理至今未发生过轴位移报警情况。
There are six main pumps in the two units of Fangjiashan nuclear power plant.After commissioning,the motor shaft displacement has occurred many fault alarms.At the beginning,the shaft displacement probe was replaced,and the alarm occurred repeatedly during subsequent operation.By evaluating the probe quality and combined with the vibration measurement during the operation of the main pump motor,the alarm waveform was analyzed,and an appropriate solution was put forward.Since the 104/204 overhaul,no shaft displacement alarm has occurred.
