摘要
2019年1月,某核电厂机组DCS系统网络故障,所有监视控制界面失效,失去部分操作功能,主给水泵出力大幅波动,触发"蒸发器水位高高"信号动作,最终导致机组停堆。分析得知,参与三台主给水泵转速控制的CP控制器之间通讯故障,导致转速突至满量程。文章从实现重要参数信号冗余配置的意义出发,对各改造方案进行可行性分析,对该机组主给水泵的转速控制跨CP通讯改造施工过程进行详细阐述,并列举实施过程中遇到的问题及解决方法,最终达到了机组可靠性提升的效果,对其他发电机组重要参数配置具有一定的借鉴意义。
In February 2019,a nuclear power plant unit’s DCS system network failure,all monitoring and control interfaces failed,lost part of the operation function,the main feed water pump’s output fluctuated greatly,triggered the"evaporator water level high"alarm,finally caused the reactor trip.According to the analysis,the communication failure between CP controllers involved in the speed control of three main feed water pumps resulted in the speed rushing to full range.This article starts from the meaning of important parameters signal redundancy configuration,analyses the feasibility of retrofit scheme,expounds the process of the CP communication transformation in detail,and lists the problems in the implementation process and solving methods,finally achieves the unit’s reliability.It has certain reference significance for other units’important parameters configuration.
