At present,it is common for some control system equipment of nuclear power plants to be caught by foreign manufacturers,which seriously affects the cost reduction and efficiency increase of power plants,and there is an urgent demand for localized replacement.Based on the localized research and development of the control program for the solid waste treatment system of Fangjiashan nuclear power plant,the article analyzes the project difficulties,alternative methods,commissioning implementation plans and risks in detail,and the implementation effect is favorable.This method provides valuable experience for the localized substitution of other systems and has a good reference significance.
