摘要
阐述基于机器视觉的机械自动化检测系统设计。在系统硬件方面设计了机械图像采集装置,利用相机和光源对机械图像进行采集。在系统软件方面,采用机器视觉技术对机械图像数据进行分析,提取机械故障特征,再通过计算机械误差与阈值比较,判定机械是否存在故障。
This paper expounds the design of mechanical automatic detection system based on machine vision.In the aspect of system hardware,the mechanical image acquisition device is designed,and the mechanical image is collected by camera and light source.In the aspect of system software,machine vision technology is used to analyze the mechanical image data,extract the mechanical fault characteristics,and then compare the mechanical error with the threshold to determine whether there is a mechanical fault.
