摘要 阐述配电网综合停电全过程风险及量化分析,由于多变量及随机性,单纯依靠调度、运行人员人工编排检修计划,无法满足需求,探讨综合停电全过程辅助决策系统应对的风险预警、风险分析、可视化展现、全流程风险管控。 This paper expounds the risk and quantitative analysis of the whole process of comprehensive power failure in distribution network.Due to the multivariable and randomness,relying solely on the dispatching and operators to manually arrange the maintenance plan can not meet the needs.It discusses the risk early warning,risk analysis,visual display and whole process risk control of the auxiliary decision-making system in the whole process of comprehensive power failure.
