摘要
阐述科研管理系统在高校中的功能需求,在科研技术发展的过程中注重实践性,系统提高了综合管理效率,提出教育改革的策略方案,运用现代化教学模式,提高办学质量。
This paper expounds the functional requirements of scientific research management system in Colleges and universities,pays attention to practicality in the process of scientific research and technology development,systematically improves the comprehensive management efficiency,puts forward the strategic scheme of education reform,and uses modern teaching mode to improve the quality of running a school.
