阐述客服中心信息管理体系的设计,通过合理的设计,遵循先进性、有效性、适应性、可靠性原则确保呼叫中心信息安全管理体系的运行。
This paper expounds the design of information management system of customer service center,and ensures the operation of information security management system of call center through reasonable design,following the principle of advanced nature,effectiveness,adaptability and reliability.
