NPC型三电平逆变器的永磁同步电机PWM预测控制 被引量:4

摘要 由于对中、高容量逆变器的需求越来越大,二极管箝位型(Neutral Point ClamPed,NPC)三电平逆变电路应用越来越广泛。和两电平逆变电路相比,中点电位偏移与电流波动是三电平逆变器应用中的主要难题。中点电位偏移与波动可能导致输出电压波形畸变以及开关元件的损耗。本文提出了一种PWM预测控制,通过对永磁同步电机的电流状态变量进行离散化,计算出当前时刻所需要的作用控制电压,结合中点抑制SVPWM调制算法。该方法电流响应速度快,电压利用率高,并且开关损耗降低,能抑制中点电位偏移,对于NPC型三电平逆变器驱动永磁同步电机的研究和应用具有较好的参考意义。 Due to the increasing demand for medium and high-capacity inverters,diode clamped(Neutral Point ClamPed,NPC)three-level inverter circuits are more and more widely used.Compared with the two-level inverter circuit,the midpoint potential offset and current fluctuation are the main problems in the application of the three-level inverter.The offset and fluctuation of the midpoint potential may cause distortion of the output voltage waveform and loss of switching elements.This paper proposes a PWM predictive control.By discretizing the current state variable of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,the required control voltage at the current moment is calculated,combined with the midpoint suppression SVPWM modulation algorithm.This method has fast current response speed,high voltage utilization rate,reduced switching loss,and can suppress the midpoint potential offset.It has good reference significance for the research and application of NPC type three-level inverter driving permanent magnet synchronous motor.
