摘要
阐述财政投资信息化项目的软件工程项目,在预决算审核中功能规模测量NESMA方法的应用,从而加强财政投资项目软件工程开发费用的审核管理,提高财政投资项目效益。
This paper expounds the software engineering project of financial investment informatization project,and the application of NESMA method of functional scale measurement in budget and final accounts audit,so as to strengthen the audit management of software engineering development cost of financial investment project,and improve the efficiency of financial investment project.
