基于装备管理一直是政府、部队、医院等装备使用部门的一项重要工作,阐述装备管理的现状,提出建设全生命周期装备成本管理系统的设想,从而提高装备的使用效率。

Based on the fact that equipment management has always been an important work of the government,army,hospital and other equipment using departments,this paper expounds the current situation of equipment management,and puts forward the idea of building the whole life cycle equipment cost management system,so as to improve the use efficiency of equipment.
