摘要
本文阐述高阶导数的色谱识别方法的改进,谱峰识别方法应用于OCEC分析仪谱图分析。经过对实际色谱的分析比较,证实了该方法的可靠性。
This paper describes the improvement of chromatographic identification method of higher derivative,and the application of spectral peak identification method in spectral analysis of OCEC analyzer.Through the analysis and comparison of the actual chromatogram,the reliability of the method was confirmed.
