摘要
以一台电动工具用高功率密度高转速无刷电机设计为例,进行电机设计方法的技术研究。首先,对电机控制方式进行了方案探讨;其次,通过使用仿真建模对电机极槽配合、极弧系数和槽口宽度等关键参数进行了分析和优化设计;最后对电机模型进行了温度场分析和声场分析。通过上述方法研究总结出了一套适合于电动工具用高功率密度高转速电机的设计方法。
Taking the design of a brushless motor with high power density and high rotation speed for an electric power tool as an example,the design method of the motor is studied in this paper.Firstly,the control mode of motor is discussed.Secondly,simulation modeling is used to analyze and optimize the key parameters of the motor,such as pole slot match,pole arc coefficient and slot width.Finally,the temperature field and sound field of the motor model are analyzed.By the study of the above methods,a set of suitable design methods for high power density and high rotation speed motor for electric power tools are summarized.
