摘要
阐述加强风险管理、有效保证工程稳定施工、提高施工质量。基于对建筑装饰工程风险管理现状,总结项目施工风险管理的关键点,提出管理办法。
This paper expounds how to strengthen risk management,effectively ensure stable construction and improve construction quality.Based on the current situation of risk management of architectural decoration engineering,this paper summarizes the key points of project construction risk management,and puts forward the management methods.
