离合器活塞断裂失效的案例分析 被引量:2

摘要 基于某型舵机的通道离合器活塞在使用过程中出现凸台断裂,研究产生断裂的原因,首先对舵机的工况进行了分析,通过理论计算和有限元仿真相结合估算了断裂处的冲击载荷,发现断裂部位的估算冲击载荷并未超出材料的许用值。然后对离合器活塞进行了外观观察、微观观察、金相检查、硬度测试,根据分析认为该离合器活塞在工作过程中受到冲击后,凸台损伤处萌生裂纹并扩展最终发生断裂。 The channel clutch of a certain type of steeing gear was broken in use,this paper mainly studies the causes of fracture.Firstly,the working condition of the steering gear is analyzed,and the impact load at the fracture is estimated by theoretical calculation and finite element simulation.The estimated impact load at the fracture position is not beyond the allowable value of the material.Then,the appearance observation,microscopic observation,metallographic examination and hardness test were carried out on the clutch piston,according to the analysis,after the clutch piston was impacted in the working process,the cracks were initiated and expanded at the damaged part of the boss,and finally fracture occurred.
