摘要
阐述宣钢炼铁厂烧区10t锅炉系统在日常运行、维护过程中存在部分工艺缺陷与能耗问题,通过设备与工艺改造,提出生产运行过程中的应对措施,从而达到安全、节能、环保、高效的目的。
This paper describes that there are some process defects and energy consumption problems in the daily operation and maintenance process of 10 t boiler system in the burning area of ironmaking plant of Xuanhua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and puts forward the Countermeasures in the production and operation process through the equipment and process transformation, so as to achieve the purpose of safety, energy saving, environmental protection and high efficiency.
