Study on an Improved Process for Soldershield Splice Kit

分析表明,在飞机线束生产中,屏蔽对接死接头用于屏蔽电缆间的对接处理,保证屏蔽电缆间的导体的连续及屏蔽层的连续,以此保障线路电磁屏蔽的连续性。但是传统的屏蔽对接死接头工艺有着匹配性差、成本高等不足之处。阐述一种屏蔽对接死接头的改进工艺,从生产过程中遇到的实际问题出发,通过更换材料、改进加工工艺,从而极大地降低了生产成本并增强其适用性。

In the production of aircraft wiring harnesses,the Soldershield Splice Kit is used for the butt connection between the shielded cables to ensure the continuity of the conductor and the shielding layer between the shielded cables,thereby ensuring the continuity of the electromagnetic shielding of the line.However,the traditional Soldershield Splice Kit also has disadvantages such as poor matching and high cost.This article introduces an improved technology for Soldershield Splice Kit.Starting from the actual problems encountered in the production process,by replacing materials and improving the processing technology,the production cost is greatly reduced and its applicability is enhanced.
