基于MDT模式的外科临床教学实践案例分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨多学科协作诊疗模式(multi-disciplinary treatment, MDT)在心脏外科临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取南京医科大学第一附属医院心脏大血管外科2015~2020年级临床型研究生40名,分别使用传统教学法和MDT模式教学法进行教学,对比两组学生的教学效果,教学期满后分别对两组学生进行考核和问卷调查。结果MDT组学生在临床思维、理论考试、诊断思维、技能操作等方面均高于传统教学组(p<0.05),与此同时MDT组学生满意度、学习兴趣、学习效率均高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:MDT教学模式可提高临床教学的效率,提高学生学习的积极性,具有良好的临床教学应用前景。 Objective: To investigate the effect of multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT) in training of clinical skills in cardiovascular surgery department.Method: From 2016 to 2020, 40 medical postgraduate students were randomly divided into two groups in the Department of Cardiac Surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University, the MDT group used MDT teaching method in clinical skills training;the control group used traditional teaching method. The teaching was evaluated through theoretical examination and questionnaire before graduation, including learning interest, learning efficiency and satisfaction. Results: In the theoretical examination, the MDT group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05). In the questionnaire, the scores of MDT group were also higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The MDT teaching method intrainingincardiacsurgery can improve effect of the surgical skills and enhance the students’ learning interest, and also get better satisfactory teaching effect.
