摘要
阐述高校教师的职业道德培育,认为其核心在于教书育人、关爱学生,要构建快乐课堂,其根本在于教学科研能力,而为人师表则是其体现。
This paper expounds the cultivation of College Teachers’professional ethics,and holds that its core lies in teaching and educating people and caring for students.To build a happy classroom,its fundamental lies in the ability of teaching and scientific research,and being a teacher is its embodiment.
