摘要
阐述将公共管理理论和管理方法运用到各高校管理中,做到与高校学生思想政治相结合。通过分析具体情况,不断调整和完善思想政治教育工作的方法,从而各项方案措施得以全面的落实。
This paper expounds the application of public management theory and management methods to the management of colleges and universities,so as to combine with the ideological and political of college students.Through the analysis of the specific situation,constantly adjust and improve the methods of Ideological and political education,so that the various programs and measures can be fully implemented.
