摘要
在实际的科研管理过程中,存在的问题严重影响到科研管理工作的有效开展。从问题角度出发,阐述科研管理的质量与效率条件,提出对应的优化策略。
In the actual process of scientific research management,the existing problems seriously affect the effective development of scientific research management.From the perspective of problems,this paper expounds the quality and efficiency conditions of scientific research management,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies.
