摘要
基于软件产业是国民经济和社会信息化的基础,针对宁夏软件生态状况,提出解决方案,包括主管部门、软件协会、建设方、实施方、高等院校、第三方服务商协同工作,从而助力宁夏软件业发展。
Based on the software industry is the foundation of national economy and social informatization,aiming at the software ecological situation in Ningxia,this paper puts forward solutions,including the competent departments,software associations,builders,implementers,colleges and universities,and the third-party service providers to work together,so as to help the development of Ningxia software industry.
