摘要
通过控制不同卤素钙钛矿量子点的合成方式,研究运用油酸剂量和反应温度对材料的发光性能对比,获得高性能、高稳定性的卤素钙钛矿量子点材料。随后,利用合成的量子点材料,结合蓝光LED芯片,制备并研究了白光LED器件性能。
By controlling the synthesis methods of different halogen perovskite quantum dots,this paper studies the comparison of the luminescent properties of the materials by using oleic acid dosage and reaction temperature,and obtains high performance and high stability halide perovskite quantum dots materials.Then,the properties of white LED devices were prepared and studied by using the synthesized QDs and blue LED chips.
