摘要
选取高端装备制造项目负责人对能力和业绩开展360°测评,基于测评结果分析项目管理关键能力,采用直接相关系数、正则化线性回归、随机森林算法等方法系统研究了9项能力各项指标对业绩的影响贡献度,通过交叉验证分析了各种算法准确性和优劣势,基于随机森林算法建立优化模型,锚定各项指标对业绩的影响程度,为项目管理提供可量化、可考核、可视化的数据支撑。研究结论对高端复杂项目管理具有重要的借鉴意义和实践参考价值。
In this paper,the project leader of high-end equipment manufacturing project is selected to carry out 360°evaluation on capability and performance.Based on the evaluation results,the key ability of project management is analyzed.By using the methods of direct correlation coefficient,regularized linear regression and random forest algorithm,the influence contribution of each index of nine capabilities on performance is systematically studied.The accuracy,advantages and disadvantages of various algorithms are analyzed through cross validation Stochastic Random Fores establishes an optimization model to anchor the impact of various indicators on performance,providing quantifiable,evaluable and visual data support for project management.The research conclusion has important reference significance and practical reference value for high-end complex project management.
