摘要
随着交换机的端口速率、交换容量的不断提高,整体功率的增加对交换机风扇散热系统的可靠性提出了更高的要求。结合风扇散热系统控制电路的原理及组成,利用失效模式与影响分析法(FMEA)对系统的失效点进行分析,给出了电路的改进设计。通过故障插入(FIT)测试,证明改进设计的效果。
With the continuous improvement of the port speed and switching capacity of the switch,the increase of the overall power puts forward higher requirements for the reliability of the switch fan cooling system.Based on the principle and composition of the control circuit of fan cooling system,the failure point of the system is analyzed by using failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA),and the improved design of the circuit is given.Through the fault insertion(FIT)test,the effect of the improved design is proved.
