摘要
分析高校青年教师工作压力的现状,总结高校青年教师工作压力源,从学校和个人不同层面寻求对策,提出缓解高校青年教师工作压力的建议。
This paper analyzes the current situation of young university teachers’work pressure,summarizes the source of work pressure of university young teachers,seeks countermeasures from different levels of school and individual,and puts forward suggestions to alleviate the work pressure of young university teachers.
