In this paper,machine vision uses machine instead of human to monitor the surface quality of electrical products,product classification,size measurement and assembly based on visual guidance,which can significantly improve the intelligent degree of electrical parts production and improve the production efficiency and quality.The analysis shows that with the continuous development of hardware equipment and computer technology,the application of machine vision technology in low voltage electrical equipment industry will be more mature and extensive.
