摘要
提出了一种基于U型结构的光纤弯曲传感器。它由光源、光电探测器、多芯塑料光纤及单芯塑料光纤组成。单芯塑料光纤的一侧经过雕刻机加工处理,包层及部分纤芯被去除,形成一段敏感区域。传感器弯曲时,当敏感区域一侧为弯曲外弧时,传感器输出光功率随着弯曲角度的增大而减小,精度约为-3.99dB/rad。当敏感区域一侧为弯曲内弧时,传感器输出光功率随着弯曲角度的增大而增大,精度约为0.66dB/rad。
In this paper,an optical fiber bending sensor based on U-shaped structure is proposed.It is composed of light source,photoelectric detector,multi-core plastic optical fiber and single core plastic optical fiber.One side of the single core plastic optical fiber is processed by engraving machine,and the cladding and part of the core are removed to form a sensitive area.When the sensor is bent,the output light power of the sensor decreases with the increase of bending angle when the sensitive area is curved outer arc,and the accuracy is about-3.99 db/rad.When one side of the sensitive area is a curved inner arc,the output power of the sensor increases with the increase of bending angle,and the accuracy is about 0.66 db/rad.
