摘要
基于基本建设的档案管理方式落后、管理制度不健全、专业水平不高,阐述高校要重视基本建设的档案管理,健全基本建设档案管理制度,进一步提升管理水平,从而让档案发挥作用。
Based on the backwardness of capital construction archives management mode,imperfect management system and low professional level,this paper expounds that colleges and universities should attach importance to the file management of capital construction,improve the file management system of capital construction,and further improve the management level,so as to make the archives play a role.
