摘要
阐述输变电工程在工期、质量上出现的隐患。为了向社会输送稳定的电力资源,分析输变电项目管理必须重视创新,结合实际调整管理方法、管理方案。
This paper describes the hidden dangers in the construction period and quality of power transmission and transformation projects.In order to transmit stable power resources to the society,it is necessary to pay attention to innovation in power transmission and transformation project management,and adjust management methods and management schemes in combination with the actual situation.
