摘要
基于绩效考核对提高企业工作效率、提高企业的人员时间利用效率有很大的积极作用,分析绩效考核衡量员工的工作状况,企业经营状况,对企业制定相应的经营管理措施有重要作用。
Based on the fact that performance appraisal has a great positive effect on improving the working efficiency of enterprises and the time utilization efficiency of personnel in enterprises,this paper analyzes the performance appraisal,which measures the working conditions of employees and the operating conditions of enterprises,and plays an important role in formulating corresponding management measures.
