分析在恶劣天气中,船舶充分利用雷达、ATS等设备,观察附近水域与船舶动态状况,保证处于正常的航线范围内,还要随时观察其他偏航、抛锚船舶对行驶的影响,采取合理的操纵方式。

This paper analyzes that in bad weather,the ship makes full use of radar,ATS and other equipment to observe the dynamic situation of the nearby waters and ships,to ensure that they are in the normal range of the route,and to observe the influence of other yawing and anchoring ships on the running at any time,and adopt reasonable operation mode.
